Service Description

This service includes a full Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) assessment for your property, carried out by a qualified and accredited domestic energy assessor. The assessment typically takes 45 to 60 minutes, depending on the size of the property and ease of access. No preparation is required beforehand - just ensure access is available throughout the property during the appointment. Once the assessment is complete, your official EPC will be emailed to you within 24 hours in most cases. We also offer same-day appointments (subject to availability) for urgent cases.
